Lead Time

Every vacancy is different, and lead times can vary.

Permanent (fixed) vacancies:

Roughly speaking, the recruitment phase (from intake to shortlist) takes around 5 to 6 weeks. In any case, we aim for the shortest possible time;
The selection phase (from shortlist to appointment) takes around 4 weeks. This can be shorter, as we have control over this process;
Bureau Janssen has developed a (mathematical) model to estimate the lead time for each vacancy based on "hard-to-hire" factors;
You will receive a customized lead time schedule for your specific challenge.

Filling interim assignments:

Bureau Janssen proposes two to four interim professionals within a maximum of 3 to 4 days. If your interim professional is found sooner, we will contact you earlier;
Bureau Janssen also supports the appointment process, which can be completed within 1 to 2 business days.

Fee

Permanent (fixed) vacancies:

Bureau Janssen proposes a fixed fee. This way, you know exactly what your costs will be;
At the start of the assignment, Bureau Janssen charges a so-called retainer fee. This amounts to approximately 20 to 30% of the total fee. The completion fee is 70 to 80% of the total fee, and is based on a no cure - no pay basis;
The total fee depends more on the degree of difficulty than on seniority. Bureau Janssen has developed a (mathematical) model based on "hard-to-recruit" factors. This generally makes it more cost-effective for a client than using a fixed percentage of the annual income (the most common fee basis). For a rough estimate, 25% of the annual income serves as an indication.

Interim assignments:

€10,- margin per hour (medior, hourly rate < €110,-), above €110,- per hour €15,- (senior);
A 40-hour work week consists of 173.3 hours per month;
The client contracts the professional directly (no 'interim administration' with Bureau Janssen);
If desired, Bureau Janssen can draw up the contract for approval and signature by the contracting parties (client and assigned professional);
The client receives a monthly invoice based on the worked hours (usually €1,733,- per month for a 40-hour / week contract).

Exclusivity

Bureau Janssen works on an exclusive basis.

Guarantee

Should the assigned professional or the client decide to terminate the contract, the service will be performed again at no cost to the client. The guarantee period is 3 months.
