Matching Professionals

Bureau Janssen was founded in august 2014 by Jan Janssen and focusses on the need of organizations to get in contact with the best matching recruits for their openings. At the same time Bureau Janssen is concerned with talented professionals selecting their best future career steps. Finally, there is also my personal need to do a lovely job: creating meaningful matches between professionals and organizations looking for talent.

Working this way means that there’s no sheer selecting on behalf of the vacancy-holder. There should be a valuable application journey for professionals as well which does not only bring a black-or-white outcome in terms of selected-rejected. Hopefully an application at Bureau Janssen has rendered a meaningful experience, study advice, improvement of your personal ‘pitch’ (…).
